The idea for the project was developed by Lama Lobsang Tseering. Lama Lobsang is living at the Kharnang Monastery. This monastery hosts 440 monks which are all being educated in the monastery.
The monastery helps by means of her knowledge and networks and provides input in the discussions on education on a regional scale.
