Sponsor trip by the Montessorischool – april 28th 2007 11.15

In the week from may 21th till may 25th the Arnhemse Montissorischool had there 70 year anniversary.
There was a big party during the day with lots of activity inside and outside the school.
All the children on the school had a project week in that time with the subject "high in the mountains".
A project for Tibet and Peru.
3 groups of children, about 375 total runs and runs around the school over a parkour from 570 meters. Some off them did this distance 11 times!
A lot of parents, neighbours, grandfather's and grandmother's where there also to watch the childeren. For every lap thye get some sponsor money.
It was a great day. The total ammount was about € 18.225,-- !!! much more then expectation.
This result will be award to by the foundation "de Wilde Ganzen".
Two Foundations in Arnhem (nl) will tkae care about the money, the foundation "El Fuego" (www.el-fuego.nl ) for Peru and the foundation Arnhem Tibet for the Gesar Sherab School in Zhiwu.
